The neighbourhood

Kuta, Lombok is a laid-back beach and surf village: cafés, restaurants and yoga classes on one main street, long beaches and surf breaks around it. The villa sits on a side lane that guests describe as quiet.

From the villa:

• ATM: 0.9 km, 11 min on foot

House rules

In case of non-compliance with the rules, a fee is charged, and the stay can be terminated immediately. Please leave the house in a tidy condition, turn off the air conditioners, check out in time and put the key back in the key box.

Guest access

• The entire villa and garden are yours, nothing is shared with other guests.
• Check-in from 3 PM until midnight, check-out by 10 AM.
• Self check-in with a key box right at the gate. The steps are in your arrival message.
• The property is walled. An exterior camera records the parking area and the garden gate 24/7.
• Arriving early or leaving late? Luggage storage with us is free for 24 hours, a fee applies after that. Just tell us your time.
• Message us in the Airbnb chat, we usually answer within minutes.
• Before you arrive you get our travel guide with restaurants, surf spots and yoga tips for Kuta.
• At check-out, leave the key in the key box and switch off the AC and lights.

Interaction with guests

Our team is available every day from 08:00 to 16:00. Outside these hours, replies may take a little longer. Message us any time in the Airbnb chat.

★ Additional Services ★
Add-ons on request, prices are shared in the Airbnb chat.
• Scooter rental, delivered to the villa from 8 AM, helmets included, subject to availability. A scooter with a surfboard rack is available.
• Driver, per ride: airport, Kuta area, Mataram, Bangsal Port. Other destinations on request.
• Laundry by the kilo. It is handled during working hours (8 AM to 4 PM), so same-evening return is not possible.
• Day tours for 2 or more guests: Tetebatu, Secret Gilis, waterfalls or Pink Beach.
• Cleaning and fresh towels: free, on request. Fresh towels are swapped for the old ones, even daily if you need them.
• Early check-in is free when the villa is ready. Check-out until 11:00 is free if the calendar allows. Until 13:00 on request, fee applies.
• Staying a month or longer? Ask us in the chat for a personal price.
• Minimum stay varies by date, the calendar shows it.

★ Notice Regarding Power and Internet on Lombok ★
• Outages happen in Kuta, sometimes across the whole neighbourhood. A backup battery keeps the router running for a few hours. In a longer internet outage, nearby cafés and coworking spaces are the fallback. Tell us right away so we can act.

• Finding the villa: Map apps do not show the villa correctly. Your arrival message has the directions to the turn-off. The lane to the villa is paved.
• Not included: TV, washing machine, hot water at the kitchen tap (use the kettle), baby cot.

★ Safety ★
• Smoke alarm installed, no carbon monoxide alarm. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided. An exterior camera records the parking area and the garden gate 24/7.
