For safety and energy-saving reasons, we kindly ask you to switch off the lights and the air conditioning when leaving the house. Please also unplug all electronic devices. Make sure to leave the room in a tidy condition.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fee, and your stay may be terminated immediately.

Safety Notice for Families with Children
Our accommodation is designed for adults and older teenagers. Due to the special location and surroundings, such as the open garden area where wild animals (e.g., snakes) may occasionally appear, the property is unfortunately not suitable for children. Our priority is to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest access

• Your room, bathroom, terrace and garden are yours alone. Only the parking area is shared with the guests of the neighbouring room.
• Check-in from 15:00 until midnight. Self check-in is possible: your key is in the door of your room, on the outside. Our team is also happy to welcome you in person at reception, every day from 08:00 to 16:00. After 16:00 expect a short wait.
• Arriving early? Check in early if the room is ready, or leave your luggage with us: free for the first 24 hours, a fee applies after that.
• Check-out by 10:00. Check-out until 11:00 is free if the calendar allows. Until 13:00 on request, fee applies. When you leave, bring the key to reception or leave it in the door.
• Daily cleaning and fresh towels, included, also on Sundays. Whenever you want them: just tell us a time. We never enter without asking.
• Message us in the Airbnb chat. We usually reply within minutes.
• Before you arrive you get our travel guide with restaurants, surf spots, yoga and highlights around Kuta.

★ Good to know before you arrive ★
A scooter is needed here (see Getting around). Parking on site (20 spaces) is for scooters only and is shared with the neighbouring room.
• The access road is bumpy and can get muddy after heavy rain.
• Kuta is growing fast, so construction can start nearby without notice. Noise is mostly outdoors, and the room is very well insulated. A discount for the nearby construction is already included in the price.
• Power cuts happen from time to time on Lombok. They can affect AC, lights and water in the whole neighbourhood. The WiFi keeps working during a power cut. Our team reacts quickly.
• Street dogs are harmless. Dogs and roosters can be heard at night.
• The bedroom window looks onto the garden. Keep the curtains closed if you want privacy.
• There is no kitchen, TV or washer. A kettle is available on request.
• The water gallon in your room is safe to drink. We do not recommend drinking sink water, even though it is filtered.
• Safety: fire extinguisher and first aid kit on site. There is no smoke alarm. The property is fully fenced and an exterior security camera above the driveway watches the entrance.
• Quiet hours 22:00 to 08:00, no parties. For safety and energy saving, please switch off lights and AC when you leave.
