No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
No pets (service animals only).
Smoking outdoors only, never inside the house (including vaping and e-cigarettes).
Please lock the gate when you enter or leave, and lock up at check-out.
Trash goes in the bin outside in front of the house.

Guest access

• The whole house, garden and terrace are yours. Nobody else shares them.

• Check-in from 3 PM until midnight. Check-out at 10 AM, until 11 AM free if the calendar allows, until 1 PM on request with a fee.

• Self check-in with a lockbox just outside the wood-look sliding gate with a black steel frame, on the right-hand side. We send you the code on your arrival day. A meeting at the main road is possible on request.

• Interactive travel guide with restaurants, surf spots and yoga retreats. Use the link in your message. The Wi-Fi QR code hangs in the kitchen.

• Widya and Azkia from our team are here every day, 8 AM to 4 PM. Outside these hours, replies may take a little longer. Message us in the Airbnb chat.

Other things to note

What to know before you arrive

• Finding the house: map apps are not exact. Search for "Kuta Skate Park". About 50 m diagonally across the street, between two coconut stalls, a small dirt road starts. Follow it for about 100 m. The wood-look sliding gate with a black steel frame and the "Tosa" sign is on the right. Our team can meet you at the main road between 8 AM and 4 PM, and also outside these hours if you cannot find the house. Tell us in the Airbnb chat exactly when you arrive and where you are.

• Power cuts happen from time to time in Kuta. Tell us right away. Backup power keeps the Wi-Fi running. If shower pressure is low, open a second tap or flush the toilet: the water pump sometimes needs a nudge.

• Street dogs live around the lane, and a neighbor across from the house has dogs. Some barking is possible.

Safety: there is no smoke alarm and no carbon monoxide alarm in the house. A fire extinguisher is provided.
